The Benefits of an excellent electrical company

Open Line of Communication

Great electrical companies always maintain an open communication line when it comes to doing things the right way and being as passionate as possible. This means they are going to listen and contribute throughout the project. At no point are you going to feel like things are being left for another day or the team isn't listening to what you have to say. The approach is a real difference-maker when it comes to installing electrical circuits in a house or building.

New-Age Techniques

The techniques that are going to be used by the electrical company will stand out and are going to make you happy from day one. You will know the results will be great, and no stone will be left unturned during the project. Techniques keep things simple, and you will feel confident in the final product.

Compatible Timelines

The timelines that are going to be in play matter a lot when you are figuring things out. You want to go with a set up that is efficient and work on par with your project's deadlines. If that is what you want, it makes sense to choose an electrical company passionate about what it does and how it does it. Compatible timelines can make it easier to avoid missing deadlines for your project.

Years of Experience

Experience is something you are going to want throughout the process. This expertise will help avoid silly mistakes that delay the project and lead to major costly headaches along the way. You will know the team is going to come in and do its job promptly. This efficiency is a benefit that is impossible to beat. Great electrical companies in the region take pride in putting in the effort to assist clients. Experience is what makes them a good fit.

Legally Compliant

It is essential to go with a company that isn't going to cut corners along the way. This is important because you have to focus on the underlying legalities of an electrical system in Seattle. Any mistakes in this regard can lead to significant issues and delays that are just not worth it.  Keep things simple and go with a legally compliant company and take pride in the work it does. This will prove to be beneficial throughout the project and the pocketbook.

Final Thoughts

When installing electrical systems, you must think about the finer details every step of the way. Otherwise, you will not see good results and will create issues that are hard to deal with. When setting up a construction project and looking for an excellent electrical company, it is essential to look at the benefits listed above. This is how you will know the company is a great one and will offer real value throughout the project.

System Solutions of Washington partnered with LCi | Lincoln Construction, Inc. to deliver the complete electrical scope for the Tulalip Utilities Department's newly upgraded 7,800-square-foot facility — a project nearly two years in the making that now serves as the operational backbone of the Tulalip community's water and wastewater infrastructure. Some projects are about more than electrical systems. They're about the people who depend on them. The Tulalip Utilities Department serves the Tulalip Tribes community in Snohomish County, Washington — managing the water and wastewater systems that keep homes, businesses, and tribal facilities running. For years, the department operated out of a building constructed in the early 1960s. By the time planning for a replacement began in 2021, the facility had outlived its useful life. Electrical systems no longer met code. Foundation cracks, roof leaks, mold — including some of the most hazardous varieties — and even wildlife infestations had made the building a health and safety concern for the employees who worked there every day. "The building was just timed out," said Mike Leslie, Tulalip Utilities Operations Administrator. "It was built in the early 60s, so it had seen its useful days." The solution was a ground-up replacement: a modern, 2-story, 7,800-square-foot facility designed to serve the Tulalip community for decades. System Solutions of Washington was selected to deliver the electrical scope, working alongside general contractor LCi | Lincoln Construction, Inc. — a Puget Sound-based firm with over 70 years of experience building schools, municipal facilities, and commercial projects across Western Washington. The ribbon was cut on May 25, 2026, with Tulalip Tribes Chairman Hazen Shopbell presiding over the celebration. A Facility Built for the Community It Serves The new Tulalip Utilities building wasn't designed simply to replace what was lost. It was designed to improve every aspect of how the department operates and serves its community. Customer Service: The new layout brings reception staff and billing specialists together in a single, accessible location — making it easier for tribal community members and utilities customers to get questions answered quickly and efficiently. The previous facility lacked a proper customer-facing space. Laboratory Capabilities: The centerpiece of the new building is an upgraded laboratory that allows Tulalip Utilities to process water and wastewater samples required under updated Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) permits. The new lab provides sampling capabilities and equipment that position the department to meet regulatory requirements well into the future. Employee Safety and Wellbeing: The previous building posed documented health risks to employees — including three types of mold, structural deterioration, and pest infestations. The new facility was designed from the ground up with employee health, safety, and comfort as a priority. Future Growth: Additional space was built into the structure to accommodate employee expansion as the Tulalip community continues to grow. The facility was designed not just for today's needs, but for the next generation of utility operations.
